The Redhog Rookie Challenge II, took place on Sat 26 Nov 2011. Congratulations to our Senior, Junior and Mini competitors - You wrestled brilliantly.
The Challenge event was a success due to the large attendance & support from families & friends who helped create a great atmosphere, providing everyone with a fantastic first time wrestling experience. Many thanks for supporting the Redhog Rookie Challenge II.

Excellent results for the Redhog Wrestling Team who stood on the podium victorious with six gold medals and four silver medals. Team Redhog attended the Irish Open Freestyle Wrestling Championships on Saturday 8 October 2011 in Dublin City.

15th Tryst Open, Cumbernauld, Scotland, Saturday 17 September 2011. Excellent Results, the whole team achieved Podium Positions: Shane Webb 3 Pins to take the Gold. Another Gold for Decky Dalton wrestling at 74kg, Sean Knox took the Silver and Andrew Purssell took the Bronze.

This Novice event took place on Saturday 27 August 2011. Stepping onto a wrestling mat is one of the most difficult things to do and for many of the participants, this was their first time taking part in a Freestyle Wrestling Tournament.

Coach O'Rawe began training the Fight Team initially, here at Evolve Gym, known as Fight Academy Ireland or FAI. Following refurbishment this facility now boasts the only Elite Wrestling Centre with a full-size Olympic Standard Wrestling Mat in Northern Ireland

The Celtic Challenge Tournament, an integral part of a 3-day camp in Londonderry, welcomed two teams the Hawks from Roger Williams University, USA and The Celts from Wales, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
